Today’s Black Business Chronicles…
I’m all about supporting black businesses, but I only go public about edible items I’ve tried, i.e. before I worked for the bakery, I was a customer. I was Blessed to have both grandmothers in my life. As you can tell by my size, both cooked and fed me well; one used pork, the other one didn’t. Both cooked greens; different versions, but both were good. I know about greens. I picked them, pulled them off the stems, helped wash them and watched them so they didn’t burn. I am the proud recipient of “pot liquor.”
I sampled Rosey Blooms before it received approval. They are good. I’m happy I can purchase them online and happier to support a fellow Mt. Tabor, c/o ’99, classmate. If you know what I know, you will too.
